Gutters and downspouts

Cleanouts done from a ladder on gutters up to 15 feet, with downspouts cleared and flushed.

Windows and screens

Window cleaning inside and out, plus screen repairs and replacement mesh.

Dryer vents

Lint cleared from the vent line, so clothes dry faster and the line stays safer.

Doors and fences

Sticking doors, loose latches and hinges, sagging gates, and minor fence fixes.

Caulk, grout, and paint

Fresh caulk around tubs and windows, grout repairs, and paint touch-ups on walls and trim.
